Rumas: Oil will go to Belarus without bonuses for Russian companies

The authorities of Belarus and Russia agreed to supply oil without bonuses for Russian companies. This was announced on March 24 by Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Rumas. He recalled that Minsk has been negotiating since the end of 2019 that Russian oil should flow to Belarusian refineries without a premium. An agreement on this was reached on March 21 with the Russian government. Previously, Russian suppliers received a premium of $11.7, but companies are now reducing it by $7. The remaining amount will be settled by inter-budget calculations. That is, the government of the Russian Federation will take these $4.7 on itself, Rumas BelTA said.
