20 years of freedom: and the stream derived from the EU Directive

German regulator for 20 years, freed the Nord stream gas pipeline from the rules of the EU Gas Directive, which suggests that to produce gas and transport it needs two different companies. However, the German government did the same step in relation to the Nord stream -- 2, the construction of which is ongoing.
