58 new cases of coronavirus detected in Tajikistan per day

In Tajikistan, the number of confirmed cases of infection with a new type of coronavirus infection reached 5,457, of which 58 were detected over the past day. This was reported on June 21 in the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population. It is specified that since the beginning of the epidemic in Tajikistan, 52 people have died from complications caused by COVID-19. In total, according to the ministry, they were cured of COVID-19 3995 patients, of which 61 discharged over the past 24 hours. As of Sunday evening, June 21, 116 people are under observation in medical institutions. According to the news agency, earlier some industrial enterprises in Tajikistan to prevent the spread of coronavirus throughout the country partially repurposed production: now they manufacture medical masks and other personal protective equipment.
