Half of Italian employers fear that they will not have enough money

The heads of 51.5% of Italian enterprises, which employ 37.8% of all workers in the country, suggest that they will face serious problems with the liquidity required for current expenses until the end of 2020, the National Institute of Social Security said on Monday, June 15. It is noted that two thirds of Italian enterprises (70.2%) resorted to mechanisms of temporary state support for the payment of salaries (the so-called integration cash desks). Such mechanisms have also become more widely used because the state has simplified access to them, according to the institute. At the end of April 2020, the number of actual detected cases of coronavirus began to decline in Italy. According to the data on
