Surgeon promoted in Kazakhstan after resonant video

A Kazakhstani doctor who shot a video about poor-quality gloves received a promotion. This was announced on July 7 by the Minister of Health of the Republic Alexei Tsoi at a briefing. There are cases when in certain regions our medical workers are persecuted, the minister said. He added that each case is considered separately. As an example, the minister cited a case in the Turkestan region when publishing a video with tearing gloves, a doctor was fired. Choi noted that the doctor was transferred to another clinic and appointed head of the department.
