Whether Russia and the United States to renounce the deployment of weapons in outer space

In Vienna launched consultations between Russia and the United States on security issues in space. The parties will try to get closer to the conclusion of a Treaty to control the deployment of weapons in circumterrestrial space. However, Moscow and Washington have different views on this area, and barriers to consensus the two countries have enough.
