Convicted of espionage Whelan transferred to a maximum security colony


United States citizen Paul Whelan, convicted in Russia of espionage for a long prison term, was transferred from Mordovian colony No. 18 to maximum security colony No. 17 in the village of Ozernoy, Zubovo-Polyansky district of the region.
